Surfer Strength Body Weight Program
A 6-week training program designed for those with no equipment!
Get access to progressive mobility, strength and conditioning sessions across a variety of exercises using just your body weight. You will have access to 4 sessions per week which are designed for those who are time poor and only take 30 minutes. This program is a great lead in to our core subscription – helping you build a base fitness before tackling advanced exercises.

Surfer Strength Hip Program
A 6-week training program designed for looser / stronger hips for surfing!
Tight hips are one of the most common areas of concern for surfers physical performance making the pop up more difficult, limiting your ability to turn and impacting your barrel riding.
We will target the hips with soft tissue prep, movement and strength exercises across 3 training sessions per week.

Our program exposes you to 3 training days per week each designed with mobility, strength and endurance exercises to improve your paddle performance.

12 Week Programs
Surfer Strength Winter Prep Program
A 12-week training program designed to get you in the best shape for winter waves!
The winter prep program is perfect for anyone looking to build confidence for when bigger waves start rolling in. We structure our program in 3 x 4 weeks blocks:
– Build a foundation = exposure to key movements and exercises for surfers
– Challenge the system = push the boundaries with greater intensity workouts
– Train like an athlete = training to become the best athlete you can be
Your 4 training days (2x Strength, 1x Mobility, 1x Swim) are designed to progress each week with a program upgrade every 4 weeks. These will be schedulled, however, adjust them around the waves!
Are you ready for winter?
The Surfer Strength AFFILIATE program is a surf specific program your gym can join anywhere in the world.
What will it include:
– Surf specific mobility, strength and conditioning including exercise videos for each program and access to the Surfer Strength app.
– Customised programming based around your gym members / surfing group / athletes, training days/times and surfing commitments.
– Specific Surfer Strength screening and testing.
– Contact with Surfer Strength coaches to help implement the program in your gym either face to face or online, depending on your location.
